First, this.  And just in case you cant follow the linkylink, I have it imbedded into the blog.  Or, if the blog video is no longer working because YouTube is a pansy and took the damn thing down, you can click on the linkylink because Wonkette is no bitch, and she will hold onto that video for dear life looong past the time when everyone has forgotten.  Why?  Because Wonkette is a classy gal.  And she dont take no shit from nobody.  You just try to ruffle her feathers.  (Please make me a guest blogger... please?)

Also today, I found out that stupid stupid Virgil Goode down in C-Ville is actually co-sponsoring a bill that would effectively make InVitro illegal.  No, I'm not kidding, ladies.  Go on and click that link.  I'll sit and wait for you to come back.  Mad yet?  I wrote my representative and told him to vote against it should it come to that.  I dont think it will make it out of committee, but should it, I want it killed.  Fast.

Also today, we all find out that Hills won West Virginia by a gagillion bazillion points.  If I had won West Virginia with that margin I wouldnt be proud.  Its West fuggin Virginia.  Yokles galore.  Does it surprise me that a white lady won against a black guy with a name like Obama?  No.  Why?  Because West Virginians are white, stupid, inbred hicks with nothing to do with whiddle and make mash.  I know... I've driven through it!  M told me, as we were driving though, that the reason why the speed limit is 70 in WVa is because you want to get the hell out of there as fast as possible, and folks wanna help you do it.  I have an image of Kleetus driving up to the drive through voting booth and there being a piktur of a :( face and a :) face next to Obama and Hills's names respectively.  Obama's name was also next to the McD's salad... ya know, what you should buy but dont.  Hill's face was next to nearly everything else.  In addition, I didnt know you could find that many democrats in West Virginia.  How odd...

First the ickyness just so I can get it out of the way.  This fucker frightens me.  There is no way I could ever even begin to imagine the fear that that woman felt her entire life.  Its horrible, I dont want to read the stories, and yet everyday that something new comes out turns me into one of those shitty people on the highway that just have to slow down to see the disembodied dude in the car after a crash.  Rubbernecker, no?  Anyway... I dont want to click, and yet I find myself clicking away.  At least I havent started checking out and editing the wiki article for it.  That would turn into a nightmare...

Hill friggin larious!  Thanks to M for bringing it to my attention.  Obviously not my own work.  One can find the article it was attached to here.  I didnt start to be an Obama fan until my boy Kucinich dropped out.  And even then, I was for Edwards.  But then he fell by the wayside as well... so now I'm left with O.  I realize I'll likely get flamed for betraying my sex or something, but I dont care.  She's a shrill, evil, manipulative, mad, angry, bitter little swamp sow who should have left her whoring husband.  No, I have nothing against Clinton v1.0 except that he betrayed his wife.  Barring that, fine by me.  But her voice.  Oh my god her voice!  It must be the most annoyingly shrill thing I have ever heard.  I could never image spending 4 to 8 with that coming out of the airwaves.  Of course, I hate her politics as well.  Especially this stupid Gas Tax Holiday thing.  A holiday for the summer would be meh.  And then as soon as Labor Day hit... Skyrocking prices GALORE.  Not so much because of the tax being reinstated, but because the gas companies could raise the price, and we would just assume its due to the tax.  See, I'm not stupid...

Pff... I've even said that I would vote for friggin McCain before Hills, but if push came to shove, I'd probably do it (sell my soul to that crazed woman).  Or vote for myself.  In any case... I think I've made my politics clear.

In other news, I havent commented on the latest crap going on in either the a) world, b) workplace, or c) my life.  Well, apparently the Prince William Board of Supervisors finally realized that what they are doing is ridiculously expensive and probably illegal, and decided that they ought to stop now before someone gets sued. 

I had my stupid little saline sonogram thing, and came out with a perfectly pretty little uterus.  Thanks doc!  However... and this is a matter of contention with me, I've never had a male doctor looking up my hoo-haw before.  Ever.  Add to that the fact that I was being filled to the brim with salt water and leeking it all over a table in a dark creepy room and you have the makings of a horrible traumatic memory that I dont want to ever remember.  Dont get me wrong, the dude was nice... but seriously?  I just really wasnt in the mood.

I entered into a photography contest today.  Gonna see if I can win 2 row 10 tix for Dave plus a press pass to take as many pics as I want to during the first 3 songs in the pit.  As well as a free Nikon and free Nikon Photography School classes.  Which would rock.  I will, of course, be adding the picture that I submitted for the contest onto here when I get back home.  Nice pic... I was originally torn between the picture of the field of flowers... which you can see above, and the one that I did end up picking.  In the end I realized that while this picture is pretty, the other one tells a story, and thats really what should be added.  So, I dont think I could win the bigger prizes, I just want to be one of the five.  I'll let you folks know about the results of that when it comes in.

As far as the workplace goes... well.  I hate my job.  Its gone from pleasantly ridiculous, to insanely cathartic.  Apparently someone we workwith has been telling people that I am just the most evil thing ever.  Nice.  Especially since I 1) dont talk to anyone and 2) have never had more than 2 words with the woman who is spreading this stuff.  In any case... I'm just trying to get my clearance and get on outta here.  I miss having a job that I care about, or that is actually rewarding.  What I do now a trained monkey could do.  And yes, one could argue that what I did before a trained monkey could do... but at least I was able to have the autonomy that monkeys deserve. 

Anyways.. lets look at the news, shall we?

I can tell you exactly why Dulles Rail is back... someone on the supervisory committe just got their teenager into UVA.  Thanks Kaine, way to lower the bar.
